IT Operations EXEC Support

Role Description
We are looking for an early- to mid-career IT professional with a solid foundation in Windows and macOS administration and troubleshooting. Experienced in supporting Microsoft 365 and related business applications, with basic networking knowledge. The role provides hands-on and remote support for hardware and software issues across Windows and macOS environments, maintaining a calm, professional, and discreet approach when working with senior and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, eager to learn, willing to travel between sites, and able to escalate issues appropriately within the IT Operations team.
The role provides end-user support (Help Desk), including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and macOS environments. Working closely with the IT Operations Executive Support Lead, the role delivers day-to-day technical support as part of the end user team and also to nominated executive Apple macOS end users troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing high-quality on-site and remote support.

Main activities
-Provide IT support to users across macOS and Windows environments
-Diagnose and resolve common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
-Set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
-Support users across multiple office locations and occasionally at home
-Escalate complex issues to the IT Operations Executive Support Lead as required
-Collaborate with the IT Operations Executive Support Lead to resolve technical faults
-Log, track, and update support requests in the IT service management system
-Support the full lifecycle of IT assets, including setup, upgrades, replacements, and decommissioning

Desired qualifications

-High School Diploma is mandatory
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science is a plus 
-Fluent Italian and English
-3 to 5 (indicatively) years of experience in management and support of a company’s digital environment
-Knowledge, even if not professional, of programming languages
-Knowledge, even if not professional, of IoT environments
-MS certifications on client environment is a plus
-Mac OS management and use experience is a plus.
