Consolidation Manager

Role Description
We are looking for a Consolidation Manager who will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the daily accounting routine under ITA GAAP and IFRS, monthly closing, reconciliations and VAT accuracy.

Main Activities

• Support the definition of the closing process of subsidiaries including sharing closing calendar, instructions and reporting format.
• Import in the system the accounts of the subsidiaries.
• Support the IFRS analysis and accounting for the subsidiaries.
• Quarterly consolidate the Italian group (5 companies).
• Support the implementation of adequate accounting process in the subsidiaries if needed.
• Support for monthly/quarterly reporting.

Desired Qualifications        

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant experience in audit or in accounting of groups
• Team player to collaborate with finance colleagues as well as business units, functional partners (like IT, HR, legal…) and external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors etc..)
• Knowledege of IFRS.
• Flexible mindset.
