R&D Warehouse Responsible

Role Description
We are looking for a Brasimone R&D Warehouse responsible who will build up the R&D facilities warehouse from scratch and manage it with the proper SW specially focusing on spare parts operation for all newcleo site activities.

Main Activities

• Contribute to the definition and procurement of spare parts, backup materials and consumables keeping in mind to avoid any run out or shortage.
• Propose and operate with an appropriate SW to manage all inlet and outlet of mechanical, electrical and I&C parts.
• Propose an easy system to store and track parts avoiding manual transcription from procurement to release.
• Provide, whenever required, the periodic maintenance of stored parts.
• Select and define the necessary HW equipment necessary to properly store equipment and materials.
• Drive site mobile means to move and store all parts.
• Develop or review discipline equipment and materials quantity estimates.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Coordinate assigned work with other technical personnel as directed.

Desired Qualifications.

• Technical school diploma either in Mechanical or Electrical discipline.   
• Fluent Italian.
• Elementary English is appreciated.
• 15-year experience in warehouse management.
• Understanding of industry components availability.
